Our next town hall meeting is scheduled for July 20th at 2pm EST. This is a great chance to hear updates from the board, voice your concerns, and engage in discussions about the future of our community It will be held in the Common Area park for 1 hour.

A Grande View Park resale packet must be provided to the purchasers of the home before the sale is complete. Resale packets can be obtained from the GVP HOA for $50 each.

 

Resale packets will only be provided when the property's HOA assessments are paid to date.

Heads up:

There is a streetlight out at the park, this has been reported to BGE for repair.

BGE has reported back that it is not just a bulb that needs replaced but the underground cable supplying electricity to that pole needs to be worked on.

They estimate the work should be completed by June 4th, weather permitting.

As a reminder for those who use the bus stop at the front of the neighborhood, behind the Grande View brick sign is someone’s yard.

Please remind children to stay in front of our sign while waiting for the bus.

A Flood Warning has been issued for #AnneArundel until 5:45pm. Some roads may be flooded which can be extremely dangerous and it is often hard to tell how deep the water is.
